Context

Designed and built a workforce-development LMS product suite around three major frameworks: EMPOWER for psychometrics and personality intelligence, CORE for behavioral interview and self-discovery coaching, and RISE for reflective self-authoring, journaling, and career development. The suite was designed for SCORM/xAPI/LTI-compatible delivery, university and school distribution, LRS tracking, AI-generated coaching reports, and young-professional workforce readiness.

Problem

Students, early-career professionals, and workforce-development programs often receive fragmented career support: personality tests in one place, interview prep in another, journaling somewhere else, and no durable learning record. Institutions need structured, measurable, deployable content that can help learners understand themselves, prepare for interviews, communicate their value, and develop career direction while fitting into LMS and reporting environments.

What I did

• - Structured the suite around three major frameworks: EMPOWER, CORE, and RISE.
• - Positioned EMPOWER as the psychometric and personality-intelligence layer, using structured surveys, LIWC-compatible analysis, profile matching, and coaching reports.
• - Positioned CORE as the behavioral interview and self-discovery layer, using question taxonomies, STAR scoring, LLM judges, and iterative interview coaching.
• - Positioned RISE as the self-authoring and reflective journaling layer, supporting personal narrative, values, goals, progress, and career-development reflection.
• - Designed the frameworks to work together as a learner journey rather than disconnected assessments.
• - Planned SCORM, xAPI, LRS, and LTI-compatible packaging so modules could be distributed through LMS and education platforms.
• - Designed survey and module content for institutional delivery across universities, schools, and workforce-development programs.
• - Used AI-generated coaching reports to translate structured learner data into practical feedback for careers, interviews, leadership, relationships, and personal development.
• - Included translation and reverse-translation workflows to support international deployment.
• - Considered audiences in India, Malaysia, the Philippines, and young professional / tech-business student segments.

Outcome

• - Created a coherent workforce-development product suite from three deeper IP assets rather than a collection of one-off course modules.
• - Established a learner journey from psychometric insight to interview performance to reflective self-authoring.
• - Designed a delivery model compatible with LMS ecosystems and learning-record requirements.
• - Created a product bridge between career coaching, talent intelligence, education technology, psychometrics, and AI-generated guidance.
• - Made EMPOWER, CORE, and RISE easier to explain as a unified product family for universities, schools, workforce programs, and young professionals.
