The Context
This use case consolidates the RiverBanks workforce-development product. EMPOWER, CORE, and RISE are each substantial frameworks, but the suite-level story matters because it connects psychometrics, behavioral interviewing, reflective journaling, LMS packaging, survey delivery, AI coaching, and institutional distribution into one coherent product architecture. Targeted at universities in India, Malaysia, and the Philippines, high-school or young-professional audiences, and a large waitlist-style market signal.
The Challenge
The challenge was product integration. EMPOWER, CORE, and RISE could each become separate products, but workforce development requires a coherent learner journey: discover who you are, understand your strengths, build evidence, practice stories, reflect on growth, and produce credible outputs for school, work, interviews, and career planning. The system also needed LMS compatibility, reporting, multilingual adaptation, and AI-generated guidance.
What I Did
- •Structured the suite around three major frameworks: EMPOWER, CORE, and RISE
- •Positioned EMPOWER as the psychometric and personality-intelligence layer, using structured surveys, LIWC-compatible analysis, profile matching, and coaching reports
- •Positioned CORE as the behavioral interview and self-discovery layer, using question taxonomies, STAR scoring, LLM judges, and iterative interview coaching
- •Positioned RISE as the self-authoring and reflective journaling layer, supporting personal narrative, values, goals, progress, and career-development reflection
- •Designed the frameworks to work together as a learner journey rather than disconnected assessments
- •Planned SCORM, xAPI, LRS, and LTI-compatible packaging so modules could be distributed through LMS and education platforms
- •Designed survey and module content for institutional delivery across universities, schools, and workforce-development programs
- •Used AI-generated coaching reports to translate structured learner data into practical feedback for careers, interviews, leadership, relationships, and personal development
