4. Client Relationship Model
The specialist is engaged by aisecurity.llc, not directly by the end Client.
- The specialist is an independent contributor and does not represent the end Client.
- The specialist's deliverables are reviewed by the Mission Lead before delivery to the end Client.
- The specialist does not invoice the end Client directly. Billing flows through aisecurity.llc.
- The specialist's identity may be disclosed to the end Client as a named contributor with specialist consent.
- Questions from the end Client are routed through the Mission Lead unless a direct channel is explicitly authorized.
5. Confidentiality
The specialist agrees to treat all mission materials as confidential Client information:
- Do not share, publish, or reference any mission artifacts, findings, client names, system details, or engagement context outside the named delivery team.
- Store mission materials securely. Do not use personal cloud storage, unencrypted email, or public tools unless approved.
- Destroy or return all mission materials per the retention schedule agreed with the Mission Lead.
- This obligation survives the end of the mission.
6. Billing Model

All deliverables are submitted to the Mission Lead for review before client delivery.
8. Independence Boundary
The specialist operates as an independent contributor. This brief does not:
- Create an employment relationship
- Grant authority to make commitments on behalf of aisecurity.llc or the end Client
- Allow the specialist to subcontract any portion of the work without written approval
- Create any intellectual property assignment beyond the deliverables listed above
Intellectual property in deliverables created for this mission is assigned to aisecurity.llc for client delivery purposes. The specialist retains the right to reference general methodologies and skills in future work.
9. Caveats
- This brief describes the working structure of the mission. It does not guarantee scope stability or minimum hours.
- Changes to scope, timeline, or deliverables require written approval from the Mission Lead.
- This brief is a negotiation draft. Final terms may differ and should be reviewed before execution.
