Academy Enterprise Training Terms
Enterprise seat access, materials rights, LMS package terms, private cohort conditions, completion records, data handling, acceptable use, support, and claim boundaries for AI security academy training.
This document describes the key terms governing enterprise AI Security Academy delivery: seat access, course materials, LMS packages, private cohorts, completion records, data handling, acceptable use, support, and updates. Final binding terms are set in the executed Order Form and these Terms.
1. Purpose
These Terms define the relationship between aisecurity.llc and enterprise customers purchasing team or enterprise Academy access, LMS packages, or private cohort delivery. They apply to all Academy Enterprise Training Packet engagements and supplement the Order Form.
2. Seats and Access
Seat counts are specified in the Order Form. Each seat grants one named or floating learner access to the selected Academy courses, Q&A checks, and learning resources during the License Term. Customer is responsible for seat assignment and provisioning through the Academy admin interface.
Seat limits apply to concurrent active learners. Inactive accounts do not count against the seat limit after 90 days without activity, subject to the Order Form terms.
3. Course Materials
Customer receives access to the Academy course catalog as specified in the Order Form. Course materials include:
- Structured AI security courses (video, text, or hybrid as available)
- Q&A credential checks per course
- Flash card and speed-run practice modules
- Facilitator guides where available
- Completion criteria and learner instructions
Course materials are for internal training use only. Customer may not redistribute, resell, or sub-license course materials outside the customer organization without an Academy Content License Addendum.
4. LMS and SCORM Packages
If an LMS Package is selected in the Order Form:
- aisecurity.llc will deliver a SCORM 1.2 preview package and LMS deployment guide within the timeline specified in the Order Form
- SCORM package contents reflect available modules at the time of delivery; full SCORM 2004 and xAPI are available by implementation scope per the LMS Package Addendum
- Customer is responsible for LMS upload, configuration, and integration within their LMS environment
- aisecurity.llc is not responsible for LMS compatibility issues outside the documented delivery format
- The Academy LMS Package Addendum governs SCORM/LMS delivery rights, seat limits, and update obligations
5. Private Cohorts
If a private cohort is selected in the Order Form, aisecurity.llc will deliver the cohort per the Private Cohort SOW. Private cohorts include:
- Scheduled kickoff and facilitated sessions
- Course access for cohort participants
- Q&A checks and role-specific exercises
- Manager completion summary delivered after the cohort
Private cohort scheduling is by mutual agreement. Customer is responsible for learner enrollment and attendance coordination.
6. Completion Records and Credentials
Course completion records are maintained in the Academy admin dashboard and are accessible to the customer's designated admin. Completion records reflect:
- Course completion status per learner
- Q&A check scores and attempt history
- Lab completion status where applicable
Completion records are training records, not certifications. Academy course completion does not certify that a learner, product, or organization is secure, compliant, or ready for a specific role. See the Academy Credential and Completion Policy for the full scope and limitations of completion records and credentials.
7. Data Handling
Academy learner data — including enrollment, progress, completion, and Q&A results — is processed in accordance with aisecurity.llc's standard privacy policy and the Data Processing Addendum if executed. Customer is responsible for obtaining any required learner consents before enrolling employees in the Academy.
Manager-facing completion reports contain aggregated or per-learner data as configured in the Order Form. These reports are for the customer's internal use.
8. Acceptable Use
Customer and learners may use Academy resources for:
- Internal AI security training and upskilling
- Hiring and onboarding support (role-based readiness signals, not standalone employment decisions)
- Compliance and governance training programs
- Enterprise L&D and enablement programs within the organization
Academy resources may not be used for:
- External distribution or commercial delivery without a Content License Addendum
- Representing Academy completion as a regulatory certification, compliance attestation, or product-security certification
- Using Q&A check scores as the sole basis for employment, termination, or promotion decisions
9. Support
Standard support is included in all enterprise training packages: 3 business day response for access, billing, and technical delivery issues. Priority and premium support tiers are available by uplift per the Support and SLA Addendum.
10. Content Updates
aisecurity.llc updates Academy course content periodically to reflect changes in the AI security landscape. Major content updates are included in the annual license fee. aisecurity.llc will provide at least 60 days notice before deprecating a course module that is in active use under a customer's Order Form.
11. Fees and Payment
Fees are specified in the Order Form. Annual licenses renew automatically unless the customer provides non-renewal notice at least 30 days before the term end. One-time fees (LMS Package, Private Cohort) are non-refundable after delivery acceptance.
12. Claim Boundaries
Academy training does not:
- Certify that a product, system, or organization is secure
- Constitute a penetration test, vulnerability assessment, or security audit
- Grant authorization to conduct security testing
- Confer SOC 2, ISO 27001, or regulatory compliance status
- Serve as a standalone employment qualification or credential
13. Order of Precedence
In the event of conflict: Order Form → these Terms → Academy LMS Package Addendum → Academy Content License Addendum (if executed) → Data Processing Addendum (if executed).
This is a summary of key terms for planning and discussion. The executed Order Form and Terms govern. This document does not constitute legal advice.
