Private-Label Addendum
Partner-branded service delivery while preserving the underlying license, evidence, support, and acceptable-use restrictions.
1. Purpose
This addendum allows an approved partner to deliver AI security assessments, reports, evidence packs, training support, or related services under the partner’s service brand while using aisecurity.llc capabilities.
2. Private-Label Scope
Private-label rights may apply to:
- assessment reports
- executive summaries
- remediation plans
- evidence bundles
- workshop materials
- customer presentations
- delivery checklists
- Academy enablement materials
- service packaging language
Private-label rights do not include unrestricted redistribution of software unless an OEM or embedded software license allows it.
3. Brand Presentation
The partner may present deliverables under its brand as stated in the order form.
Attribution options:
- visible powered-by attribution
- attribution in legal notes
- attribution in support materials
- hidden attribution for customer-facing deliverables
The permitted attribution level must be stated in the order form.
4. Ownership
aisecurity.llc retains ownership of underlying tools, methodologies, templates, content, schemas, software, rule packs, and intellectual property.
The partner retains ownership of its customer relationship, partner-specific service package, and original partner-created materials.
5. Deliverable Modification
The partner may adapt approved deliverables for customer context.
The partner may not remove safety caveats, scan scope limitations, legal disclaimers, license notices, or material technical limitations unless authorized.
6. Quality Control
The partner must maintain professional quality and avoid misleading claims.
aisecurity.llc may request correction of materially inaccurate, unsafe, or misleading private-label deliverables that use its capabilities.
7. Customer Responsibility
The partner remains responsible for:
- customer scoping
- authorization to test
- delivery commitments
- customer communications
- first-line customer support
- interpretation of results
- professional services quality
8. Prohibited Claims
The partner may not claim that:
- findings guarantee security
- assessments certify compliance unless a specific attestation product applies
- aisecurity.llc has audited a customer directly unless true
- the partner owns the underlying SecEng software
- white-label rights include software redistribution unless separately licensed
- scan results are legal advice
9. Confidentiality and Data
The partner must protect customer data, aisecurity.llc confidential information, and generated evidence.
A data-processing agreement may be required when aisecurity.llc processes customer data.
10. Fees
Private-label rights may be priced as:
- monthly add-on
- annual add-on
- percentage uplift
- per-report fee
- per-customer fee
- bundled consulting license
11. Termination
Upon termination, the partner must stop creating new private-label deliverables using aisecurity.llc capabilities.
Existing customer deliverables may remain with customers unless otherwise stated.

The order form should specify:
- partner brand
- permitted deliverables
- attribution level
- customer segments
- approved services
- support boundary
- fee model
- report customization rights
- Academy content usage
- expiration or renewal terms
