About this figure

A one-role, one-cohort pilot gives both sides a bounded way to prove whether readiness can be measured, calibrated, and acted on inside the partner’s existing workflow. The partner supplies a target role or job family, a defined learner cohort, relevant course and lab inventory, available learner activity events, and the intended reporting location. AI Security LLC maps the role and skill model, defines the learning-event contract, calibrates assessment and scoring, applies readiness-claim controls, and projects the result into partner-native formats. The partner receives learner readiness profiles, role and skill gaps, cohort benchmarks, recommended next actions, and a production integration plan. The outcome is evidence-backed readiness results for a narrow scope, with enough signal to decide whether to expand, adjust, or operationalize the pilot.
