This operating model defines a clear boundary between commercial ownership and delivery accountability. The reseller owns the opportunity and account relationship, positions the approved offer, and manages the agreed commercial process. AI Security LLC owns product and capability truth, provides approved technical enablement, and handles agreed technical escalation. The delivery owner is responsible for delivering the product or service, producing engagement evidence and reporting, and coordinating remediation and follow-up. The customer provides access, context, and approvals, and retains ownership of remediation and risk decisions.
