About this figure

This template describes the transition from an evaluation package to a production OEM offering. The pilot begins with a bounded, representative workflow and a clear commercial fit, using production-like input data to validate the contract, prove capability invocation, and preserve evidence integrity throughout the execution. Successful evaluation is not measured only by technical correctness, but by whether outputs return cleanly into the partner’s data model and can support a credible path to operational use. The productization phase then defines deployment requirements, entitlement boundaries, customer-organization controls, support commitments, and update mechanisms required for sustained production. The result is a supported production rollout and a partner licensing model that demonstrates integration quality, deployment fit, and an operating framework suitable for commercial OEM delivery.
