The pilot is not a generic assessment. It is a controlled validation that the service can fit the MSSP operating model without breaking evidence discipline, authority boundaries, or reporting expectations.

The result of the pilot is a reusable service package: prioritized findings, supporting evidence, retest state, and a delivery playbook that the MSSP can repeat across customers. If the pilot succeeds, it demonstrates a path from one authorized engagement to a recurring service offering with standardized inputs, predictable outputs, and an expansion path the MSSP can scale.
