About this figure

A marketplace operating model separates responsibility across the vendor, marketplace, AI Security LLC, and customer so each party owns the part of the lifecycle it is best positioned to handle. The vendor defines the offer, pricing, and sales enablement; the marketplace handles listing, discovery, transaction or lead flow, and entitlement signaling; AI Security LLC provisions the workspace or capability and delivers the technical outcome; and the customer governs scope, consumption, acceptance, and renewal. This boundary-driven model keeps commercial support, delivery, usage evidence, and lifecycle support clear from first listing through expansion.
