About this figure

This pilot contract governs one authorized client engagement in which a consulting partner and delivery team assess a bounded business and technical context, define clear objectives and success criteria, and work jointly with the client to prove that the engagement model is repeatable, defensible, and operationally useful. The work includes context and authority mapping, assessment and evidence collection, finding and attack-path analysis, remediation roadmap development, and retest and closure activities within agreed role boundaries.

The client receives defensible findings, an evidence pack, a prioritized implementation plan, and explicit residual risk and decision points to support action. The pilot is designed to validate joint delivery quality, the usefulness of remediation guidance, and the feasibility of continuing the relationship into next-phase options if the engagement meets the agreed success criteria.
