Shared responsibilities cover scope and acceptance, findings and recommendations, roadmap definition, reporting, and timeline and milestone management. The result is a delivery model that preserves the consulting partner’s client relationship and advisory context while giving AI Security LLC a structured way to produce credible, auditable technical outcomes.
