About this figure

This operating model defines a clear split between partner-led experience and governed technical foundations. The partner controls the brand, domain, theme, presentation, offer, pricing, tenant operations, front-line support, customer communications, and change planning, allowing the licensed product to fit their market and commercial strategy. At the same time, the core system remains under AI Security LLC governance: evidence and provenance, validation and claim states, security boundaries, entitlement controls, versioned updates, release sign-off, incident path, support escalation, and the shared-responsibility model stay centrally governed to preserve trust, integrity, and compliance.

The result is a flexible brand-licensing structure: what customers see and buy can be adapted by the partner, while what makes the service trustworthy, auditable, and secure remains controlled by the platform owner.
