AC-02
A reusable learning offer needs editorial review, instructional packaging, standards validation, platform testing, publication controls, and versioned updates.
governed lifecycle
This diagram shows the governed lifecycle for turning source material into a published learning product. It begins with source material that is shaped through instructional design into a course and lab build, then prepared for delivery through SCORM or xAPI packaging. The package is validated in the LMS before listing and publication, creating a controlled path to learner delivery. Along the way, publishing exceptions can interrupt the flow, including package validation failures, editorial revision requirements, and platform capability gaps, each feeding back into earlier stages for correction. Once published, the product generates learning and maintenance outcomes such as completion events, assessment evidence, and learner and instructor feedback. Those signals support versioned updates, producing an updated release that preserves quality, compliance, and platform fit over time.
