AI Recruiting Platform Architect / ATS Integration Engineer / Browser Automation Engineer

Context

Developed a NIST NICE Cyber Workforce research program focused on role language, workforce taxonomy, and cyber-workforce signal extraction, then translated the findings into a talent-intelligence and ATS workflow layer for Sapient Search Group.

Problem

Cyber workforce research and recruiting workflows are fragmented across role taxonomies, ATS platforms, LinkedIn profiles, company pages, job posts, email, candidate conversations, sales outreach, and recruiter notes. Teams need structured workforce intelligence, but the source data lives inside many tools and pages that do not share one schema. Manual copying, weak classification, and disconnected communication make it hard to operate at scale.

What I did

• - Designed and deployed a workforce-intelligence platform centered on NIST NICE role taxonomy, structured talent intelligence, and ATS interoperability.
• - Integrated Google Cloud Talent Solutions as part of the talent/job matching, role-mapping, and search architecture.
• - Built interfaces or adapters for ATS systems including Greenhouse, Ashby, Workable, Lever, Workday, and Comeet.
• - Created Chrome extension workflows for harvesting, extracting, injecting, and automating recruiting data across browser surfaces.
• - Built LinkedIn extraction workflows for person profiles, company profiles, and job posts.
• - Used WASM modules inside the Chrome extension to support local scoring, extraction, or structured processing.
• - Embedded WebLLM and smaller browser-local machine-learning models to support private, local, context-aware assistance.
• - Trained or used MLflow-managed classifiers for business communication categories across staffing sales and candidate communication workflows.
• - Designed cross-channel candidate messaging support so communication context could be classified and used in workflows.
• - Connected staffing-agency sales operations with recruiting operations rather than treating them as separate products.
• - Normalized job, candidate, company, profile, message, and ATS records so downstream AI tools could reason over consistent structures.

Outcome

• - Created a full NIST NICE cyber-workforce research and platform architecture for Sapient Search Group rather than a thin automation script.
• - Connected ATS adapters, Google Cloud Talent Solutions, LinkedIn extraction, Chrome extension automation, WebLLM, WASM, and message classification into one platform story.
• - Improved the ability to structure candidate, company, job, profile, and message data from fragmented workforce workflows.
• - Supported both staffing-agency sales-side operations and candidate communication workflows.
• - Featured the research at RSA Conference, bSides NYC, and Infosecurity Europe.
