Context

Contributed to technology delivery in a Cogstate engagement on behalf of the Australian Defence Force, where cognitive-assessment and regulated health-data workflows required careful attention to privacy, data integrity, operational reliability, customer trust, workflow evidence, and controlled execution.

Problem

Clinical and cognitive-assessment systems supporting defense-related workflows depend on reliable data, privacy-sensitive workflows, defensible records, and operational consistency. In regulated health contexts, product delivery cannot be separated from evidence, data quality, auditability, workflow control, and trust. Even small errors in data handling, state transitions, reporting, or access boundaries can create outsized operational, privacy, and compliance consequences.

What I did

• - Supported product or technology delivery in a regulated health-data and cognitive-assessment context tied to the Australian Defence Force.
• - Worked within an environment where privacy, data integrity, customer trust, and operational reliability were central concerns.
• - Applied security-aware and evidence-aware thinking to product workflows, access, data handling, reporting, and change discipline.
• - Connected technical delivery to regulated operating expectations rather than treating implementation as isolated feature work.
