Visual walkthrough of Program Dashboard in progress

Overview

The SecEng Program Dashboard is a React web application that gives security engineering teams a visual overview of their program blueprint coverage, workstream progress, and evidence status across all platforms. Run it locally or deploy to your internal infrastructure for team-wide access. All data is sourced from your local blueprint exports — no external data connection required.

Features

  1. 01.

    Coverage visualization

See which blueprints have been implemented, are in progress, or are missing across your security engineering program.

  2. 02.

    Workstream progress tracking

Drill into individual workstreams to understand completion rates and identify bottlenecks in your program rollout.

  3. 03.

    Evidence status overview

View evidence attachment status for each blueprint item to understand where documentation gaps exist.

  4. 04.

    JSON export

Export dashboard data as structured JSON for reporting, stakeholder updates, or feeding into GRC tools.

Install steps

  1. Step 01

Clone the repository and run `pnpm install` from the project root.

  2. Step 02

Run `pnpm --filter seceng-program-dashboard dev` to start the local development server.

  3. Step 03

Open http://localhost:3000 in your browser to view the dashboard.
