PARTNERS

Embed, resell, or white-label AI security — OEM, scanner, MSSP, consulting, and reseller tracks are open now

Resellers

Resell approved AI security offers through a clear channel motion.

A reseller may introduce, package, or sell approved SecEng offers under the commercial model defined in the agreement. Resale rights do not automatically include engine redistribution, white-label presentation, integration rights, source access, or exclusivity.

Program mechanics

How the reseller program works

The public route should answer qualification, resale catalog, opportunity protection, quoting, support, enablement, renewal, and hybrid-service questions before a partner applies.

Eligibility

Who may qualify

Security resellers, procurement partners, advisory firms, regional channel partners, and firms with credible access to customers evaluating AI security evidence, tooling, training, or services.

Catalog

What can be resold

Approved assessments, partner pilots, enterprise licenses, Academy products, evidence services, and selected commercial programs. Resale rights do not automatically include MSSP, private-label, or white-label rights.

Territory

Geographic and vertical fit

Territory and vertical expectations are defined by agreement, customer access, delivery capability, and conflict review rather than a public blanket territory grant.

Registration

Deal registration

Accepted partners register qualified opportunities before quoting. Opportunity protection is tied to approved registration, active pursuit, and agreement terms.

Economics

Discounts and margin

Partner discounts, referral economics, and opportunity protection are defined in the reseller agreement and approved deal registration.

Procurement

Quoting and close support

SecEng supports approved quotes, order forms, product descriptions, security review materials, and handoff into delivery or license provisioning.

Renewal

Renewal ownership

Renewal ownership is defined in the reseller agreement and depends on account ownership, delivery model, support boundary, and customer relationship.

Support

Customer-support boundary

The reseller handles commercial coordination and first-line account questions unless the agreement assigns support differently. SecEng handles product, licensing, and approved technical escalation.

Enablement

Sales and technical readiness

Accepted partners complete offer training, qualification rules, demo or proof-of-value guidance, positioning boundaries, and public-claim guardrails.

Hybrid

Combining resale with services

Reseller rights can be combined with MSSP, consulting, or private-label delivery only when those rights are explicitly approved in the partner agreement.

Separate account ownership from delivery accountability.

The reseller owns the opportunity, market access, commercial coordination, and customer relationship. Product truth, delivery, technical escalation, remediation, and risk decisions must still have explicit owners.

Shared Foundation
  • SecEng
    • Own product and capability truth
    • Provide approved technical enablement
    • Own agreed technical escalation
  • Delivery owner
    • Deliver the product or service
    • Produce engagement evidence and reporting
    • Coordinate remediation and follow-up
  • Customer
    • Provide access, context, and approvals
    • Own remediation and risk decisions

Resale rights do not automatically grant delivery, MSSP, private-label, or white-label rights. Those responsibilities require an explicitly approved partner motion.

Reseller rights

Resale is not OEM.

May receive

What a reseller may receive

Rights defined in the reseller agreement.

  • Approved offer catalog
  • Pricing and margin schedule
  • Sales enablement materials
  • Lead registration
  • Account protection where agreed
  • Approved proposal and claim language
  • Defined fulfillment process
Not by default

What a reseller does not receive by default

Requires a separate, explicit agreement.

  • Engine redistribution rights
  • White-label rights
  • Source code
  • Internal prompts or methods
  • Unrestricted sublicensing
  • Integration rights
  • Territory or category exclusivity
Account ownership

What the agreement must define

Registration

Lead registration

Defines whether and for how long an approved opportunity is protected.

Contracting

Contracting party

Identifies whether the reseller or SecEng contracts with the customer.

Fulfillment

Fulfillment

Defines who scopes, delivers, supports, invoices, and manages change requests.

Renewal

Renewal ownership

Defines who owns renewal communication and commercial negotiation.

Claims

Customer claims

Only approved descriptions of the offer, capability, maturity, and support status may be used.

Govern the opportunity from registration through renewal.

A repeatable channel motion needs explicit lead ownership, qualification, scope, technical proof, commercial coordination, provisioning, delivery, support, and renewal rules.

Decision gate
  • Advance
  • Nurture
  • Direct engagement required
  • Close lost

Each opportunity should advance, remain in nurture, require direct engagement, or close without ambiguity. Registration alone does not guarantee protection or approval.

  • Applicants must complete fit review and partner terms before registration.
  • Opportunity protection depends on approved registration and active pursuit.
  • Delivery ownership must be confirmed before close.
  • Renewal ownership is defined by agreement.

Prove one opportunity before scaling the channel.

A bounded opportunity should test qualification, technical support, proposal coordination, provisioning, delivery handoff, support boundaries, and account ownership.

Begin with manual qualification and one real handoff rather than presenting undeveloped channel automation or unsupported program maturity.

Start with manual qualification, not fake channel maturity

Apply first. Accepted partners can register opportunities, request quoting support, and use approved enablement materials.
