Overview
The SecEng Trust Scanner for Zendesk embeds directly into the ticket sidebar so support agents and security reviewers can scan replies, macros, and AI-generated responses before they reach customers. It surfaces trust-language risks in the context of the ticket, so agents can correct issues immediately rather than after the fact. Evidence attachments make it easy to document and track findings within Zendesk itself.

Step 01
Install from the Zendesk Marketplace and configure the app's public base URL.
Step 02
Open any ticket and the Trust Scanner sidebar panel appears automatically.
