Overview
The SecEng Trust Scanner for ServiceNow connects trust-language scanning directly to the GRC and ITSM workflows where AI risk decisions are made. Scan incident records, exception requests, and risk assessments right from the ServiceNow interface, then log evidence and create follow-on issues without switching context. Designed for enterprise security teams that manage AI governance through ServiceNow.
Features

Record-level scanning
Analyze the text of any ServiceNow record — incidents, risks, or exceptions — to surface AI trust-language issues before approvals.

Evidence attachment to records
Attach structured scan results directly to the ServiceNow record so the full audit trail lives in your existing ITSM system.
- 03.
Issue creation from findings
Convert scan findings into ServiceNow tasks or incidents with a single action, keeping remediation work tracked in one place.
- 04.
Program dashboard integration
Link scan outcomes to your SecEng program dashboard for cross-platform visibility into AI language risk across your organization.

Webhook / server-routed
Scans are routed through a self-hosted webhook adapter that you control. Still user-action gated — no passive or background data collection. The webhook server runs on your infrastructure, keeping data within your network boundary.
