The Context
Outbound sales is flooded with generic automation. Buyers can tell when a message is templated, irrelevant, and context-free. A useful AI SDR has to understand the person, company, timing, problem, and proof before writing.
The Challenge
The challenge was building personalization without creating spam automation. Piper needed enrichment, personality-aware framing, CRM context, review gates, deliverability awareness, and agent workflows that support humans rather than silently blasting prospects.
What I Did
David designed Piper around lead enrichment, email discovery, LinkedIn context, CRM autofill, psychographic/personality signals, account research, message generation, follow-up planning, and agentic SDR task orchestration.

- •Designed agentic workflows that can research accounts, summarize signals, draft outreach, propose follow-ups, update CRM fields, and prepare call notes
